Universities worldwide are required to adopt differentiated branding strategies to respond to increasing global competition. According to recent global research, branding activities by universities around the world are surging. While domestic universities pay close attention to reputation, it is difficult to find examples of university branding activities that address the diverse challenges required by the new era.

For domestic universities (and hospitals) to rise to the global leaderboards, the effective development of brand awareness and global reputation—within a process where transparent and fair evaluation models and feedback create a virtuous cycle—will be a crucial factor. Inistitute of University Evaluation Inc. will implement the entire process from university assessment to hospital assessment as a private-led real-time digital platform, playing a key leading role for the strategic branding of domestic universities, corporations, and hospitals.

1) INUE University Brand Evaluation (Annual)

Targeting 120 general (comprehensive) universities with excellent capabilities and over 4,000 enrolled students, we conduct real-time surveys annually on the INUE web platform, capable of AI and big data statistical processing. 5,000 evaluation members (students, faculty/staff, and corporate representatives) select the Top 10 Excellence (Rational Brand Value) Universities and the Top 10 Preference (Emotional Brand Value) Universities.

2) INUE Comprehensive University Rankings (Annual)

Targeting 120 general (comprehensive) universities with excellent capabilities and over 4,000 enrolled students, we develop an annual transparent and fair optimal university assessment model and build university-specific databases. We conduct comprehensive university assessments divided into three categories: Research Performance, Education Innovation, and Sustainability, and publish the results on the INUE platform and in The Korea Economic Daily.

3) INUE University Foundation Rankings (Annual)

Targeting 85 corporations managing private universities (privately founded) with excellent capabilities and over 4,000 enrolled students, we develop an annual transparent and fair optimal corporate assessment model and build corporation-specific databases. We conduct university corporate assessments divided into three categories: Financial Soundness (1), Financial Soundness (2), and Sustainability, and publish the results on the INUE platform and in The Korea Economic Daily.

4) INUE Hospital Brand Evaluation (Annual)

Targeting 80 university hospitals with over 500 beds or excellent medical capabilities, we conduct real-time surveys annually on the INUE web platform, capable of AI and big data statistical processing. 5,000 evaluation members (patients, medical professionals, and corporate representatives) select the Top 10 Excellence Hospital Brands (Korea’s Top 10 Hospital Brands).

5) INUE University Hospital Rankings (Annual)

Targeting 80 university hospitals with over 500 beds or excellent medical capabilities, we develop an annual transparent and fair hospital assessment model and build university hospital-specific databases. We conduct university hospital assessments divided into three categories: Medical Quality KPIs, Patient Experience & Brand, and Research & Education Performance, and publish the results on the INUE platform and in The Korea Economic Daily.
