The INUE University Evaluation Model mixes global indicators with domestic-specific indicators to measure the university's comprehensive capabilities multilaterally. While research and education utilize quantitative indicators in detail to emphasize absolute performance, global/brand evaluations relatively consider qualitative reputation and influence more. Also, INUE's unique indicators such as employment rate, recruitment rate, scholarships, and dropout rate emphasize the university's educational responsibility and student experience, providing clues to complement the strengths and weaknesses of Korean universities in these areas. For example, by shedding strong light on student support (scholarships) or academic persistence rates, which are easily overlooked in QS/THE, INUE ensures that domestic universities do not miss student-centered development strategies.
